administrative prohibition - host blacklisted

I was sending & receiving email without problems then I suddenly started to
get the message - 550 followed by my IP number then - mail rejected
administrative problem (host blacklisted) and am not sure why, everything I
have received or sent seems OK and my McAfee Virus scan didn't pick up
anything as being a problem, can anyone out there help

are you getting this when sending email to anyone or just to a particular
person/ company? If only to a certain person/ company their isp may have
blacklisted you ad you'll have to contact them.

Check with your ISP and see if they've black listed your address.

Hi It seems to be any email, I will email my ISP and see if they have a
solution, although as I am in Spain not sure if/when I will get a reply, I
can use web mail so can still email if urgent.

Hi, thanks for the quick response I will contact my ISP (ya.com) and check if
they have done something.
