Administrative Acc. password fogotten!

I forgot the password to the administration account on my
computer. Is there anyway to change it from one of the
regular accounts? If not how can I cange the account
status of another user? Will I have to reinstall XP? and
my last question...Can I get any of the files on that
account? PLEASE HELP ME!-Kelly
