Administration Rights

Lavert

Trying to load a program. Error message says that I need administration
rights. How do I get the rights. I have two accounts showing in the
control panel. One is Named Lee (me) with computer rights. The other is
Guest which is off. TIA.
 
To Logon as Default Administrator on Pro Edition, from Welcome screen, press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, Twice , type "Administrator" and use a
blank password (on Home edition - boot to Safe mode - F8 on restart , same logon)
