administraors account

what do i do,
the administrator of this computer has died recently i am
he's step daughter my mum needs to get into he's account
but we dont know he's password we have a hacker but he is
not able to come to our house we need some files from
he's accoutn how do i get in? windows xp

Hi Roseanne:

If you have an available account with administrative privileges,
(any account belonging to the administrators group) go to Start\Run\
type; control userpasswords2\select the administrator\click on "Reset
Password"..

If you have no access to any administrative account, see if you can find
something here that helps.
