"Administer" permissions removed, now stuck

I recently screwed up and removed the "Administer" permissions from my
"Admin" user group in a work application. Of course, didn't think ahead and
assign the "Administer" permissions to any other group or user. Now I can't
do anything in the application as it tells me "You need Administer
permissions to..."

Tried importing all tables/forms/quieries/etc. to another db, however, can't
do that because I can't assign all the permissions to the Users group,
because no Administer permissions.

Tried creating a new user group and assigning it the Administer, but same
error message.

Anyone know of a breakpoint or other way I can reassign the "Administer"
permissions to the Admin user group?

Have you opened the file while logging in as the owner of the database object?
That account should be able to administer the app based on his ownership rather
than needing specific permissions.

It's not possible to remove all users from the Admins Group. At least one
user must be a member of this group.
