Administartor account

Hi every one;

The only account that I have is "guest account" and I
have no proper privileges with this account. what
happened for administartor account? I can not create any
new user by administartor tools as i recive "access is
Denied". Thanks for any help.

Restart you machine and when the system has just finished
the memory test and just before you used to get the
Winows ## is now loading text/screen hit F8 this should
give you a menu allowing you to select safe mode then
select the operating system once you've done that it
should finish loading with an Administrator account
option at login
by default there is no password but you can set one up
once you have logged in, this should allow you to create
further admin accounts under your required user names

NOTE: The Admiistrator account is ONLY accessable through
safe mode, using this you can create further admin
accounts that show when you boot up normally.

Once you boot normally the Administator account will have
disappeared again as far as the login screen is concerned.
All admin account that you created in safe mode should be
available.
