Admin unlocking "locked out account"

How do you unlock an account in WinXP Pro as the administrator of the
system? I am already aware of how to set up the number of password attempts
and the duration of the "lockout". My question is how do I logon as the
Admin and unlock account right away?

Thanks for any replies!

If you have the secure logon prompt where you type your username and
password, just put 'administrator' in for the user and type the password you
assigned, or use any other account to which administrative privileges have
been assigned.

If you've got the Welcome Screen enabled, just press Ctrl-Alt-Del twice and
the logon box will come up and do what I just described. From there,
right-click on My Computer and choose Manage. Expand the Local Users and
Group category and choose Users. Right click on the user and choose
properties. Uncheck 'account is locked out' and accept the changes. Log
off and attempt to log on with that account.

Thanks Matt! Pretty simple now that you explained it. I was heading in the
direction of going to Security Policy | Security Settings | Account Lockout
Policy: changed "duration" to 0 minutes. Your way is exactly what I would
have expected. Thanks again.

Same problem, but didn't work for me! The lockout box is
unchecked, so nothing to do there, but it's definitely a
different color (grey) than the other (darker) boxes.
What gives here:

Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is grey because only the system can set lockout on,
while an admin can set it off once it has been enabled.
