Your question is confusing. The term "Admin password" normally refers to the
password for the administrator account in Windows. To get into the BIOS
requires a completely separate password, one which has nothing to do with
the administrator account, and not even anything to do with Windows.
Which is it you are asking about? If you are asking about the BIOS password,
and it's forgotten, many motherboards have a jumper you can set to clear the
BIOS settings, including the password (check your documentation). Failing
that, you'll need to remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard to clear the
BIOS settings. Fifteen minutes or so is with the battery out is usually
sufficient, but be aware that it somes takes loneger--sometimes even much
longer.
