Admin Password Forgotten or not taking

I recently (last night) setup a password in XP so that my
family would have their settings and I have
mine...simple, well the password is not being accepted.

I know for a fact that I am typing the exact password,
but it tells me NO GO !

I cannot get in as an ADMIN....No Password disk was
created either....what do I do?
