Admin login

Hi,

I have created a FAKE / DUMMY Admin account and i wish to make it so it
doesn`t have any access. I mean i do not want it to have LIMITED or ADMIN
access. Is there any other way to limit it to nothing, like unable to logon
?
 
If any can answer this it might help me where my admin account hangs at
login with "loading ...." and I thus cannot login to it.
