admin deleting managers emails

Hello-

We recently set up our admin to have access to the Sent folders of two
managers. The admin will be able to view and print the sent items that
require follow-up by the manager and add them to a daily follow up
file. Once she has printed the items, she is to deleted them, which
should move them to the deleted file of the manager. The problem we
are having is that when she deletes from the managers sent file, the
item ends up in her deleted items folder, not the managers. Is it an
error with the permissions assigned? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks-

Scott

What a convoluted process! Why not just set a follow up flag to the items?
Then they can have reminders set - you can't do that with a piece of paper!
Why bother to print them out and put them in a file?

And in addition to my other post, what does it matter which "deleted items"
folder they go to? deleted Items is Deleted Items is deleted items...it's a
folder for items that are not wanted, ie they are discarded. You don't store
mail in the Deleted items folder....
