admin ability

i have accidently taken the admin ability away from
myself and now i dont even see a choice of admin ability
on my comp. how can i get this back so i be an admin
again. please help since it will not even let me restore
my comp again.

Don't do that. Leave the local admin account for what it was meant for
and set up a restricted user account for yourself.
