Hi. Installed Microsoft antiSpyware. Scanned machine and
found and removed spyware. Everytime I go on the internet
I keep get reinfected by AdLogix (Adstartup) and popup
keep coming up. XP Pro SP2 and all security updates.
Anyone come accross this or ideas how to permantley sot
the machine from being re-infected!

Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and select
SCAN and Save LOG. Note where it saves the log and send me
the HijackThis log as an attachment. You can try just
copying it and pasting it into a reply but I might not see
it. I should be able to identify the problem and tell you
how to get rid of it for good.

this one isn't getting automatically installed. Are you sure you are not
running some piece of freeware which is reinstalling this on each
use--perhaps something associated with Internet use?
