Adjusting Spamkiller in Outlook

The Spamkiller folder is suddenly intercepting good emails I usually get from
friends and they're not showing up in my Inbox.. Anyone know how to correct
this activity?

Spamkiller? You'd probably need to check with Spamkiller support about that.

It doesn't tell you in its own help file? You don't know who makes this
product by that name (so you can go to their web site)? You don't know
who you bought it from or from where you downloaded it? You can't do a
Google search on "spamkiller" to find a web site for that product (and
then check for support, like forums)? If it's the McAfee product, they
have their own forums. Since they use frames and relative links to
their web pages, it won't help to give a direct URL. You'll have to go
to their web site, click on Support, then Tech support, and follow
through their framed interface to get to the forums.
