MS Outlook stopped working since I upgraded to IE7.

Is there a way to import my address book from Outlook to Express?

Yes I would but have tried everything that was suggested to no avail,

You might want to describe your issues. "Doesn't work" is a much to vague
term to offer a solution.

When I open outlook, it starts to download messages, then crashes, it
brings up a box to restart outlook
