Address List (Contacts) in Outlook 2003

How do I get my Contacts (list of Email addresses) to show up first when I
create a new E-mail an press the To... button?

Currently the MS Postoffice Address List comes up first.

We use MS Mail (circa WIN 95 days) for our internal mail until I get
Exchange 2003 up and running.

In Outlook 2003 click on the Address Book or go to Tools || Address Book and
then select Tools || Options || and change the preference order in "Show
this Address List".
