Address Field in Custom Form

I created a custom form beginning with the General page. Sometime in the
process the Address field and functionality has become corrupted. Trying to
insert anything in the field results in a "the operation failed" message. My
new form is extensive and I would rather not start over, any ideas on how to
fix this? I noticed in a help file that the Address field was not able to be
changed in the general page but somehow I have. One other bit of info: I
began to build this form in Outlook 2002 and we upgraded our server and
Outlook 2003 has now been installed.

You might try republishing the form using Outlook 2003. Make an .oft file
backup first, of course.
