Yes. A little more information may be needed. Is this going to be on
the same machine or are you changing machines?

In any case you posted your question in the wrong newsgroup. This is
the Microsoft Access Database newsgroup. It appears your question is not
related to that database. You are much more likely to find someone with the
answer if you post your question to a Outlook newsgroup where they will know
it better than I and will give you concise instructions. About all I am
sure of is that it can be done and exactly how may depend on factors not
