I had to remove all programs from hardrive due to
the "blaster" worm....

I have all my contacts but I need to know if I can import
my contacts list to my email address book without retyping
all the data?

If you're talking about Outlook, the Contacts and the Address Book both use
the same data.
Perhaps you aren't using Outlook. Please specify your email software.
