I have a desktop with windows xp and just bought a laptop with vista. I
want to transfer my address book from my desktop to my laptop (150
addresses). I was able to email the entire address book to myself but can't
seem to be able to get it in my address book. Please help!

This newsgroup works with Microsoft Access, a relational database
development application.
Your question would be best answered in a more appropriate newsgroup...
dealing with whatever type of address file you're referring to.

If you mean an OutlookExpress address book, it's just a .wab file that
you can copy from one machine to the next... and then Import that file into
Outlook Express.
