I have all my contacts in Outlook and can open the address book in that
program to view them all. How can I create a .wab file address book with
these contacts that will come up when I click on Address Book in my start
menu. I haven't seen any way of doing it yet.

Open Outlook Express. Open the Address Book/File/Import/Other Address Book.

I've tried that, and I'm not getting anything. Maybe I'm doing
something wrong.

The problem is that I'm trying to import the contacts in Microsoft
Outlook 2003.

I looked for a way to save the MO 2003 address book as a .wab file, but
no go.
 
I solved the problem by doing a csv export, which I then imported into my
Address Book.
