Is there something I can do in my registry to bring back the New floder
option back under New ? All I get is New Group and New Contact. the other
users on my computer have these 3 selections, but I do not.

I don't know of a registry setting for that one I'm afraid. Does your
address book offer you a new folder when you press CTRL + R? Your email
client (I'm guessing OE) likely has a corrupted profile if that's the case.
