I have been looking at my contacts folder and none of my addresses in it
appear in the Outlook Address book. I have installed McAffee Spamkiller and
it needs to be able to read my address book to permit emails to come thru.

How do I move my addresses in to the Outlook Address Book from contacts, so
Spamkiller can see them?

Cheers.

Tell us what version of Outlook you're using and what you do see in the
address book under Outlook Address Book. Also, did you type these contacts
into Outlook or import them?

Hi Sue,

Here is the information you wanted -

Version - Outlook 2002
I see - 'No entries in this address book'
My entries were entered in to the contacts folder, rather than importing.

Does this shed any light on the problem?

Have you enabled your Contacts folder as an address book? Right-click
Contacts, cloose Properties, then click the Outlook Address Book tab. Check
the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" box.

Yep, I've done that. Still no luck. :(

If I were in your shoes, I'd remove the Outlook Address Book from my profile
(Tools>E-mail Accounts>View existing directories or address books>Next.
Select OAB and click Remove), stop and restart Outlook, and add OAB back in.
Then I'd reenable the folder as an address book.

Hi, I've only just started using Outlook 2002 and noticed that a
contact only appears in the address bok if it has an e-mail address.
Try adding one (anything will do) to see if this is the problem.
