Address Book list by Last Name

I was upgraded to Office 2003. Address Book uses the Contact List (Names
listed Last, First) but Address Book lists names by First, Middle then Last.
Can this be changed? If so how, thanks.
 
Same as always:
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
