Address book - How to stop received email's names being added

I would like to know how to stop the email addresses of people who send me
emails being added automatically to my address book

This is not possible with Outlook. State the program you are using and the
version.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
