address book copying to desktop-repeatedly--daily

R

Renee

Okay, this is driving me nuts. I had no clue what I was doing, but tried to
copy my address book from my yahoo account in export (vcf file) to
IncrediMail...I had no clue how to do it, but saved it to my desktop thinking
it was the best place to save it to. Well, couldn't import it that way and
now my address book keeps copying to my desktop every time I boot my
system--I have all of these little rolodex looking files on there and they
are like "copy 15" now (tomorrow morning will be a copy 16)...HOW DO I PUT A
STOP TO THIS??!! I have run my desktop wizard to clean unused icons and have
no idea where to go to from there.....:) For anyone who can help, I truly
appreciate hearing from you :)

Do you have your address book in OE, Outlook, or through your browser?
I'm trying to imagine where this is being stored, and restarted each
day.. perhaps in the browser history or cache.

Incredimail might need the address book exported as a .csv file. Or
have you already imported it successfully?
