Address book appears and sometimes dissapears

I have a small network (2003) 4 stations. When I send an email and go to
look for it in Outlook Address book it is there on all machines. On 3 of the
4 when I go through QBooks and sned an email or fax the address book is
there. However when I go through the 4th machine which the fax/copy/scanner
machine the address book disappears yet if I go to Outlook address book it is
there

Sorry being a first time person I was not sure but my questions is very simple

One server
4 stations

Each station can send an email and access the outlook address book and it
comes up

One one station which is hooked to the scanner/fax/copier when you go
through the process to fax and you make that option known and you go to the
location for the address book it is not there at all.

However when you go through the process for sending an email it is always
there.

Sometimes when you try and send the or a fax and that portion comes up it is
there but not all the time. The fax is attached to this one unit.

Not an Outlook question, then.
The manufacturer of your scanner/fax/copier needs to provide you the
instructions for how to integrate its software with Outlook (if, indeed, it
can).
