Address book and contacts

Hi,

I would like to import an XP address book and contacts from Outlook that is
on a fixed drive with and OS that isn't working at this point. Can this be
done and how do you do it?
 
Outlook has no address book.
All Outlook data is in one file with a PST extension.
Find the PST file and open it in Outlook.
Do not import.
