Address bar

Something has gone wrong. The address bar and tool bar are along one long
bar along with the forward/backward buttons, stop button, refresh button,
etc. How do I get them back to origonal location and lock them in ther so

I don't believe the tool bars can be locked in Outlook. You should be able
to position the various tool bars where you want them, though, and have
Outlook remember their positions.
