Address bar

When I am typing in an address that the computer has been
to before the "address's list" opens and shows the
addresses that I have typed previously. These are the
address that I am typing but it shouldn't open at all as
far as I know. I have some proof from another computer
running the same OS(XP)and it doesn't do that. I just need
to know how to stop the address list from opening
 
Have you tried IE-Tools-Internet Options-Content-AutoComplete?
