address bar

I cannot see the address bar on any webpage. I've clicked
on "view", address bar is checked, but I still do not
have access to the address bar. I'm unable to manually
type in an address. How can I fix this?

Ar you sure you don't have it but in a small corner of
the navigation bar ???
It maks me that sometime ...
Ex:
