Address Bar Gone...

My address bar just disappeared. Everything else works
fine except explorer keeps starting in a small window
instead of normal full screen and even though i am
connected it tells me i am offline. Any help with these 3
issues? Thank's
Microsoft and Dell cannot seem to find the problem.
I'm using XP home edition and have all the latest
hotfixes etc. My comp. is a dell 8250 maxed out etc.

1. Right click to the right of help: Then put a check
next to address bar

2. Open your browser. Stretch your "small" window into a
full screen using the arrow not the button next to
the "x". Close all internet windows, and reopen. IE
saves settings upon exiting, so if you made your window
smaller then exited, just undo that.

Not sure about the third though. sorry.
