Address bar auto complete / search entries, how do I clear them?

Does anyone know how you remove auto complete entries that
show up in the address bar all the time?

Clear your History - in IE, Tools...Internet Options, General tab. If that
doesn't work, then you will have to totally clear your History folder:

Entries in the address bar may come from the Typed Urls section of the
registry. One way of cleaning them out can be found here:

You can also clean them along with some other saved entries by going to
the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties, clicking the Advanced tab and then
the Clear or Clear Settings button. The way to get there depends on your
Windows and IE version. If you don't know how, reply back to this thread
or search help for Taskbar and Properties.
