Address autofill

How can I get Outlook to autofill when I start typing an address in the "TO" line. For example, in Express, when I start typing "rdo.." it suggests for "(e-mail address removed)" In Outlook, I have to type the whole address every time. Is there a way to get Outlook to suggest for autofill, or is this an Express-only item

With what Outlook version? Only Outlook 2002 and 2003 have an autocomplete
feature.
