Address and emails lost

I recently had my laptop stolen and had a backup on a simpleTech external
hard drive. I need to recover my old emails and my address book from the
backup and can't figure out how to recover this informatoin andn make it
function in my new laptop. I am desparate and in need to do this quickly.
Does anyone know how to go about doing this? I was and am now using Business
Contact Manager.

Hi

Did you have the BCM database backed up? If so, then you can restore your
BCM database by simply following the steps below:

1. Go to Business Contact Manager menu > Database Tools > Manage Database
2. Click on Restore Database
3. Browse to your backed up database and click OK
