Addrees book to export in MOutlook

I have exported Outlook addresses to and they are saved as WAB file. Now I wish to import them to MOutlook and it does not go. Please help me as I have 500 addresses. Thanks!

Not possible. Only Outlook Express could export to WAB files. Not Outlook.
Outlook cannot use or import WAB files. You must import into OE. From there
you can import into Outlook. --
