My computer crashed on Monday and I had to do a full
recovery. Now my Windows XP boots with the logon page
(like being on a network) with the option to go into
administrator or another user.

How can I get rid of this as I am the only user on this
computer?

you can't get rid of the administrator account

I don't want to get rid of the administrator account, I
just want the guest user and the log in screen to go away-
-to just boot up and go straight into windows.

I think this is what you're looking for...

In Control Panel, click User Accounts.
Click Change the way users log on or off.
Click to clear the Use the welcome screen for fast and easy logon check box.
