Additional line spacing I can't remove

My emails have additional line spacing whenever I use bullets and new lines.
Looks goofy and Help doesn't point me to anything that would help.

This is not the case for most folks around me. What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you are using Word as the e-mail editor for Outlook. You'll
need to review your spacing setup for various formatting styles. Ask in
a newsgroup about Word on how to alter whitespace.
