Additional Domain Controller

I have only 1 Domain Controller in my Domain. My Dc's Hard
disk have bad sectors now. If install Additional Domain
Controller in my Domain, and remove (First Domain
Controller), Will I face any kind of problem.

No if You will stick to proper procedure:
- add secodn DC
- synchronize data
- transfer FSMO roles to the new DC
- switch off first DC, test Your environment if it is working properly
- turn on Your first DC and de-promote it
 
After you transfer FSMO roles and switch off the first DC make sure to clean
the AD by deleting all the references to the old DC computer i.e, delete dc
comp object from ADUC, ADSS (ntds), and by running the ntdsutil.exe.
This will make sure that there are no remaining references for the old DC
and you wont see any replication errors.

I will strongly recommend to do this _after_ demotation of the origial DC
