additional copies of XP home edition

Good Morning,
I've installed XP Home Edition on my desktop and would
like to put this OS on my laptop. Is there an addtional
fee I can pay for permission w/o having to buy another
whole copy??
 
You can purchase a license to install it on another
machine. You can call the Windows XP Activation license
group at 1-877-426-6010.

Probably get it cheaper by buying another copy at a discount store......
