Additional components Installation

Hi,
Iam using WinXP Pro with SP2, we bought latest Fujitsu machine 5 months back
with registered XP license CD.
I tried to install addidtional components like IIS, for Tsweb and it
prompted some files from Hard drive from the directory c:/i386. One by one
many files requested and all these files are available in this directoy, But
it says the file not found and can not continue. آ
After that I put original Win XP Pro CD with Sp2 and it have all necessary
files, but same thing it is not processing.
Please let us know, why this is happening.
Our winXP are upto date with Automatic Windows update.
We are using Norton Internet security 2006 also.

Expecting your expert comments to solve this issue and to install Internet
Information System in our machine.

Thanx & Regards

Insert your Windows XP CD in the CD Drive and wait for
the "Welcome to Microsoft Windows XP" window to appear.
Next, click on the "Install Optional Windows Components"
button and proceed with installing IIS.

Note: Make sure the Windows XP CD is clean and not scratched.
Use a very soft cloth to remove any smudges or fingerprints.

Hi Carey,
I have done in that way also, but it says file not found even I selected the
required file from the original CD.
I want to know why It is happening, and how we can solve this?
Other 4 machine with same configuration, I have installed all well.
Any other solution?
