I'm the author and I can't reproduce it. There's nothing that should need
updating for Outlook 2007. His installation of Outlook is disabling the
add in on start every time but if he goes in and enables it manually, it
works until the next time Outlook is restarted. I have many Outlook 2007
beta testers (and I run it myself) that do not experience this.
I suggested he file it as a bug at beta.microsoft.com.

I would suggest telling the author of the add-in that they'll need to
update it for Outlook 2007. How is this an Outlook 2007 issue?
