In Outlook
1. Select Tools menu -> Organize
2. Select Junk Mail
3. Activate a rule for junk senders such as "automatically
MOVE junk messages to DELETED ITEMS" and click on the Turn
On button.
4. Right-click on every junk mail and select Send to Junk
Senders
In the Organize window, under the rules, there is a line
that says "To add a sender to the Junk or Adult Content
Filter...Click Here"
1. Select Click Here
2. Select Edit Junk Senders
A window will pop up to which you can proscribed email
addresses.

Your solution adds ADDRESSES, not WORDS, as the OP asked.
