Adding Vista computer to XP workgroup

I have a simple workgroup 'network' in my office: 4 XP pro computers.
I just got new Dell with Vista Business.
I can 'see' Vista computer on all the XP's as part of workgroup, but
nothing shows-up when I try to find other computers from Vista.
It must be something simple...
Any suggestions?
