Adding to the context menu

Does anyone know of a page where I can find scripts to be used for
adding things to the right-click context menu in IE? Specifically,
I'm looking to add an 'Open in Microsoft Word' selection to the
context menu, but don't have a clue where to start in terms of
scripting that. Adn while it is true that clicking on a Word doc in
IE will open it, I need to provide some flexibility by adding this to
the context menu. Thanks in advance.
