Adding to GP

Hi all,

I would like to know how additional configuration parameters get added to
Group Policy. We have only just downloaded XP SP2 and have not touched our
domain controllers in a very long while but when I went to view a GPO I
noticed that settings to set XP SP2 were present. How does this get added?

There must have been another way. No one would've known how to do this.
 
Someone must have imported the system.adm file from SP2 onto group policy.

Its a manually added process.
 
If you view the policies from a machine with SP2 you will see the additional
settings.
Take a look at the ADM files in group policy, the time/date stamp might help
you figure it out.
