Adding the cc: field to Outlook 2000

One of my fellow workers doesn't have the cc: field in
Outlook 2000. I have added these in the past with
previous versions of Outlook but we can't find how to add
it with this version. I can find how to add the BCC field
but not CC field.

Is this user using Personalized Menus? If yes, use the down arrows to
display additional options. If the user is using Word as the editor, it
will be under Options.

I don't know if this will help you, but I have found that
by clicking the "To..." button to pull up the address
book, I can then add recipients to the CC and BCC field.

If the recipients I need to type there aren't actually in
my addressbook... no problem: just add someone else
([email protected]) and hit OK. Once it takes you back to your
memo, you will see the CC and BCC fields. Then, delete
the (e-mail address removed) and write in whatever you want.

I found in the past that if I did this a few times with
the BCC field, then the BCC field was always available
after that. (I don't know how to make it go away. Go
figure.)

In the Compose window, click View and uncheck "Bcc"
