Adding Special or Unusual Company Holidays

In Outlook 2000 you were able to edit Outlook.Txt with
your own companies holiday schedule and add them to your
calendar. I had to place the Outlook.txt file in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\1033 folder. Can
someone explain what needs to be done in Outlook 2002?
 
It is the "Outlook.hol" file for Outlook 2002.
