Adding Sender to subfolder with custom form???

When someone sends us an email, most of the time we will want to sort them,
either accepting or rejcting them. We need to add them to one of two
Contacts sub-folders. Both of these sub-folders use a custom form to hold
the reasons for their acceptance or rejection.

Is there a way to use the right-click "Add to Outlook Contacts..." to send
their name and e-mail address to one or other sub-folder on the custom form?

I believe Add to Contacts will only work with the default Contacts folder.
You can double-click the contact to open a Contact form and then use
File>Move to Folder, but I don't know if it will use your custom form.
