adding rows and populating them with data from other columns

i need to add 10 empty rows after each non-empty row and copy data fro
other columns and paste it within the empty row. how should i go abou
doing it

Are you copying data from the same sheet within the same workbook?
How many columns are involved?

yes, the copy and paste is within the same sheet. i'm looking at abou
140 column
